Once we have received your order, it will be packed and processed on the same day and sent out via DHL.

You will receive your order within two days, most orders on mainland UK are delivered within 24 hours.  Our cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm.

IN THE UK

We use DHL to deliver to you to your door within two days of your order, most orders are delivered on a next day delivery basis.

Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge.

If you need to return your item, DHL will collect from your door! Easy.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We use DHL Worldwide to deliver your order to your door. When your order has been dispatched you will receive your parcel reference so you can track your delivery at any time via the DHL website. 

Please understand we cannot be held responsible for delays to your parcel once it has been handed over to the courier.

International orders may attract import duty and local sales taxes, because all orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK. If these are chargeable, they are the responsibility of the customer and not us. Customs and duty charges vary by country; determined by the local government. We advise you check prior to ordering from us what, if any these charges will be.
