We always hope you will be happy with your purchase however, if you would like to make a return we have a 14-day returns policy.
UK Customers
We have a FREE returns service for our ODYL VIPs on full priced items (NOT including sale pieces).
DHL will pick up your return from your own doorstep or you can use a DHL drop off at your convenience.
You will have 14 days to return your purchase to us from the day you receive your order, after 14 days we will not be able to refund your purchase but will be able to issue a credit note.
If you are NOT an Odyl VIP and do not have a returns label, your return is your responsibility, we recommend using a tracked and traceable service.
This has changed as of 19.04.26.
We are unable to issue refunds for products that have been damaged or marked or believed to have been worn.
International Customers (Including Ireland)
Your returns label will be enclosed with your order. Please use this label to return your item/items to us via the courier of your choice using a registered/tracked service. We cannot issue a refund if the parcel does not reach us, so please ensure the package is insured to the appropriate value in the event that you need to make a claim. Any duty and taxes due to return the parcel are the responsibility of the sender and need to be paid at source. Regretfully, we are unable to accept any returns when such charges have not been covered.
